The goal of the Faculty is to develop an international center of scientific and educational competencies, develop a professional community in the field of management, study and implement the best world experience in this area.

To achieve the set Goal, the Faculty solves the following tasks:
  • Research activities in the field of corporate and public administration, management, as well as related disciplines: economics, political science, sociology, law, branding, information and other sciences;
  • International exchange of best management practices;
  • Provision of information and consulting services in the field of management, incl. together with the International Center for Management and Investment Consulting IRIAS and external partner organizations;
  • Development, testing and implementation of new educational and expert-analytical methods;
  • Organization and implementation of registration, protection and commercialization of the results of research activities, taking into account the regulations and approaches available in MRIAS, international and Russian legislation;
  • Organization and implementation of educational programs, including international ones, on the basis of cooperation with educational institutions and organizations of the Russian Federation and other countries;
  • Development of standards, maintaining a register of certified specialists and an international personnel reserve;
  • Organization and holding of competitions, conferences, problem-thematic seminars;
  • Participation in the work of specialized conferences, forums, exhibitions, and other events;
  • Publication and distribution of educational and methodological literature, regulatory and technical documentation and other materials for students in accordance with the goals and activities of the Faculty as a whole and its Departments;
  • Formation of the library and electronic information bases of the Faculty as a whole and its Departments.

The DBA course program is based on a large practical material, which presents the main institutions, concepts and norms of corporate governance. Of particular interest and significance for doctoral students are practical situations for the analysis and analysis of cases designed to master the tools and develop corporate decision-making skills. A very important section of the doctoral course is devoted to the peculiarities of reorganization, corporate governance in a group of companies and in emergency situations. It also gives the modern practice of corporate governance from the point of view of investors and issuers, provides global standards and modern approaches to solving ethical problems, and shows the role of corporate governance in combating corruption.


The doctoral student will have to formulate business goals based on the meanings and understanding of his own life. Rethink the structures of motives, interests and personal experience, evaluate the spheres of life and, on the basis of this knowledge, develop a personal strategy for achieving the harmonious development of one's own life, select convenient tools for implementing an individual life strategy. An interesting experience will be acquired by the trainee in the study and development of behavior patterns, various methods and techniques for harmonizing personal and organizational strategies. The doctoral student will select and organize formal and informal relationships in practice, build relationships, styles and methods of work. This topic, for experienced managers, is a stage-by-stage understanding of one’s own practice, which will allow one to put individual experience into the text of a future dissertation work and share best practices, as well as carefully check and “play” the necessary parameters and change the “settings” of business management to obtain the maximum effect. in short time.


The DBA program presents the logic of branding, which allows the branding object to receive an effective system of communications and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of business promotion. Branding should begin with the formalization of the strategy and / or strategic ambition of the branding object, determining the uniqueness of the brand and its USP. Emphasis is placed on methods for analyzing the features of the perception of sign systems and diagnosing their integrity, gaps in perception and contradictions. The communication system is a set of communicative projections, and for the successful and required formation of an image, it is necessary to have a predictable controllability of the communication system. You will get acquainted with the international branding methodology, the features of the concepts of “brand product”, “brand essence”, “brand personality”, etc., you will learn what role business processing and ideology play in brand modeling, and also what are the functional meanings brand models. It is the brand model that gives a clear understanding of the criteria for building the entire system of external and internal brand communications.
