The Central Bank of Russia has begun work on updating the Corporate Governance Code
The Central Bank of Russia has started work on updating the Corporate Governance Code (the current version is here). The Department of Corporate and Public Management of the MNIIPU is involved in the work and is preparing comments.
The first stage is collecting proposals from stakeholders on updating, which are conceptual in nature (concerning the architecture of the Code as a whole), and agreeing on lower-level proposals (chapters, text) will be done later.

The rating “Best 40 under 40 professors” (40 best professors of the world under 40 years old) has been maintained by Poets&Quants, the world's leading independent publishing house in the field of management training, for more than 10 years. Most often, the rating includes professors from Harvard, Oxford, MIT, Yale, Cambridge, London Business School, Wharton, Kellogg, Berkeley, specializing in leadership, strategy development, IT management, entrepreneurial training.
There were no professors from Singapore educational institutions in the “Best 40 under 40 professors” for more than 5 years, in 2015 and 2016, two professors from the National University of Singapore were included in the rating, and in 2017, a professor from Nanyang Business School. Thus, the Singapore Academy of Corporate Management has become the third Singapore institution whose professors have ever been included in the ranking, and the only one to receive this honor in the 2020s.

EDBA "Digital Transformation of Corporate Governance"
The basis of corporate governance in the digital economy is knowledge of the fundamentals of the digital economy in general and the specifics of the interaction of economic entities in the hybrid world. What do you imagine when you hear the expression "digital economy"? At the same time, someone thinks about some kind of global phenomenon that is developing somewhere in the “higher spheres” and is not directly related to it. The globe, entangled in computer networks at breakneck speed, transmitting huge amounts of information to someone and somewhere. A more mundane thinker imagines smartphones, bitcoins, “smart things”, etc., in other words, some goods and services created by the computer industry. The third sees in the "digital economy" only a way of interaction between producers and buyers, in fact equating it with e-commerce.
MORE ABOUT THE PROGRAM
GRANT PROGRAMS FOR DOCTORAL STUDENTS
As part of the international partnership of IRIAS with corporate universities in Europe and Asia, we invite representatives of business and governing organizations of public administration to take part in qualifying competitions and grant programs for obtaining educational grants for studying in the Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Business Administration programs in Russian in correspondence distance learning. The terms of study depend on the chosen program and vary from 9 to 18 months. Based on the results of the training, DBA diplomas from the British Academy of Business, the Singapore Academy of Corporate Management, Qualification Certificates of the European Union with an extract from the Register of European Managers, Certificates of professional development from IRIAS are issued.

FORMATION OF PROJECT AND RESEARCH TEAM

IRIAS accepts applications from corporations and public administration organizations for the training and retraining of specialists on the Executive Manager and Doctor of business administration programs in the following specializations: Management of innovations in an organization, Management of digital technologies and digital transformation of an enterprise, Corporate governance (for members of boards of directors), Organization management. The composition of project or research teams depends on the chosen topic of the project or research that doctoral students do in the process of studying in relation to their own organization.
