The doctoral student will have to formulate the goals of the business based on the meanings and understanding of his own life. To rethink the structure of motives, interests and personal experience, to assess the spheres of life and, on the basis of this knowledge, to develop a personal strategy for achieving the harmonious development of one's own life, to choose convenient tools for implementing an individual life strategy. An interesting experience will be gained by the trainee in the study and development of behavior models, various methods and techniques of harmonizing personal and organizational strategies.
In working with teaching materials, a doctoral student will be able to draw up requirements, criteria for assessing the competencies of team members and the results of their activities. Identify ways to manage your team.
The course will allow you to build the logic of your own business, to deal with innovative and basic processes, both internal and external. Develop principles and mechanisms for the development and control of strategic development programs for your organization. Optimize collective management mechanisms and the distribution of roles between management. An important factor is the assessment of the effectiveness of business management. The methodology will allow testing previously created control mechanisms and optimizing them in terms of cost effectiveness.
